This class will include fundamental movements needed if you are new to a reformer class but also integrates more standing movement, intermediate pilates movements, balance, and strength. The entire class utilizes the reformer as we add props like small balls, bosus, magic circles, and weights to challenge your traditional Pilates repertoire. Learn the benefits of a reformer practice that will leave you more definition, toned, and a stronger core.
