Let us show you the ropes. Battle Ropes is a slammin’ half-hour of non-stop high intensity interval training. Students alternate between 45 seconds of full body work and 15-second recovery periods with no time to waste. Battle Ropes is the perfect cardio add-on to any of our other classes, but don’t let the amount of time fool you. This 30-minute class will still kick your ass on its own.
