Tru Down 'N' Dirty Bootcamp
It’s our R-rated version of Tru Barefoot Bootcamp, so be sure to bring your grown-up pants and a sense of humor. Besides being a bit edgy, it’s also a mix of yoga, Pilates, kettlebells, and other movement drills in a heated room along with a little bump & grind and gyrations to heavy beats.
