Your first monthly dues will be processed the day you sign up for membership. This membership will become “active” the first day we are officially open, and your second month of dues will be charged 30 days after opening.
- *All studio staff and instructors are required to wear a mask at all times while inside the studio.
- *Electrostatic foggers are used in each studio after class
- *Open chain HVAC system that pulls fresh air in from outside. We do not recycle air.
- *Every studio has a dedicated cleaning crew. At least 2-3 people are on shift at all times.
- *Each studio is deep cleaned between each use. All surfaces, mirrors, floors, etc. are disinfected
- *Each piece of equipment that is used will be thoroughly sanitized between uses.
- *We have an entire room dedicated to just cleaning equipment
- *Hand sanitizer and wipes will be provided throughout the studio

Parking is totally free! The entrance to the 9&Co garage is on 11th street between Albion and Colorado Blvd. Just drive into the garage (no ticket, no controlled entrance) and park anywhere on the 2nd floor.
Yes, we have yoga mats, yoga mat towels, cycling shoes, and hand towels for rent. During COVID we are not renting boxing gloves or hand wraps, but they will be available for purchase.

Yes. Check in at the front desk is still required. Please be aware masks are required and a temperature check will be performed.
You’ll be able to book one week in advance. For instance, a class that takes place on Mondays will be available to book on the Monday prior. The window for booking a class online will close 2 hours prior to the class start.
If you are absent 5 minutes prior to class your spot will be released. We recommend arriving at least 10 min prior to class to get checked in and setup for class.
All cancellations within 4 hours to class start time will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. If you cancel more than 4 hours from the class start time you will not be charged.
Yes. You will be charged a no show fee of $20. We ask that you please cancel at least 2 hours prior to class time.
If a class is fully booked, we will allow 3 - 5 spots to be waitlisted, depending on the class size. If you add yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to the spot if it becomes available. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the available spot up to 2 hours prior to class starting.
No. At this time we do not offer the ability to book a specific spot, bike, boxing bag, etc.
Reserving spots is not allowed. All members must be present in studio to check in to class.

No, we’re sorry but we do not allow membership transfers.
No, each membership is only valid for the person who originally purchased it.
Yes, you’ll need to take your transcripts (full time students only), Military/Veteran ID or proof of employment to the wellness concierge at the front desk for special pricing.
You can cancel your membership anytime by selecting your studio here and filling out the cancellation form. Cancellation requests must be received before your monthly billing date to be processed for that month.
