n this deeply restorative class, we combine the gentle, long-held postures of Wall Yin with the calming practice of Yoga Nidra for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. Using the support of the wall, we settle into passive stretches that target the deeper connective tissues, releasing tension and increasing mobility. The slow, meditative nature of Yin Yoga allows us to access stillness and mindfulness, while the wall provides extra support to deepen the poses safely.

After 45 minutes of Yin the class transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation known as "yogic sleep." Through body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization, you'll enter a state of profound rest—leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and restored.

This challenging sweat sesh delivers the same high energy workout of our classic Tru Hot Pilates class, with additional balance and stability challenges from the core pad. n this deeply restorative class, we combine the gentle, long-held postures of Wall Yin with the calming practice of Yoga Nidra for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. Using the support of the wall, we settle into passive stretches that target the deeper connective tissues, releasing tension and increasing mobility. The slow, meditative nature of Yin Yoga allows us to access stillness and mindfulness, while the wall provides extra support to deepen the poses safely.

After 45 minutes of Yin the class transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation known as "yogic sleep." Through body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization, you'll enter a state of profound rest—leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and restored.

This class is ideal for all levels, offering a nurturing space to slow down, release, and reconnect with your inner calm. Perfect for those seeking stress relief, better sleep, or a way to recharge both body and mind.
