This class is designed to create strength, endurance, and challenge the yoga practitioner. The teacher will always have a similar outline of the flow, but with different offerings of inversions, arm balances, and more advances poses. Recommended for those who have taken Hot Power vinyasa before.

Tru Hot Barre & Stretch is our signature Barre class for 60 minutes with an optional extra 15minute deep stretch afterwards. Stay after Barre to really elongate and stretch out all of the muscles you just had working and shaking.
Tru Hot Barre combines yoga, Pilates, cardio, and ballet into a high-energy experience designed to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Through various holds and high-rep micro movements with the use of a ballet barre, Core Ball, and hand weights, you’ll challenge your muscles in the fashion of a dancer. Postural alignment, core strength, and mobility will improve, and that’s not just beneficial for dance but for life. All are welcome, and no dance or ballet experience is required. It’s time you met your match. Tru Boxing Conditioning will test your strength, agility and willpower. Students alternate between boxing drills and strength training to learn how to fight like a champ and roll with the punches. You’ll leave class looking like a total knock out.

Hot Power Vinyasa will take your flow practice to the next level! Students will practice an intelligent, creative sequence of Power Vinyasa yoga poses and encounter different challenges to overcome each time they roll out their mat. Every Hot Power Vinyasa will have its own flavor as the teacher integrates their own personal teaching style and yoga experience, but students will always break a sweat! This level 1/2 practice will help students move through physical and mental limitations as they advance toward more complex backbends, twists, arm balances, and inversions. Sweaty yogis unite!
