Hot Power Vinyasa will take your flow practice to the next level! Students will practice an intelligent, creative sequence of Power Vinyasa yoga poses and encounter different challenges to overcome each time they roll out their mat. Every Hot Power Vinyasa will have its own flavor as the teacher integrates their own personal teaching style and yoga experience, but students will always break a sweat! This level 1/2 practice will help students move through physical and mental limitations as they advance toward more complex backbends, twists, arm balances, and inversions. Sweaty yogis unite!

95 degrees. 45% Humidity. Tru Barefoot Bootcamp is an efficient and effective way to build a mobile, strong, and powerful physique. Be ready to sweat using your own body, HIIT, kettlebells, Pilates and some Yoga mixed in. Embrace the struggle and in the end the rewards will be well worth it.

Our signature class utilizes heat to loosen the body and increase the cardiovascular demands of this exhilarating experience. Be prepared to leave each practice feeling revitalized and more confident in your physical and spiritual abilities.This class is set to 103 degrees with 50 percent humidity. Bringing sweat towel is recommended.

Welcome to your daily dose of sweat therapy. Tru Hot Pilates is a flow-based class in a high-temperature, high-energy environment. Students will sweat through a series of Mat Pilates, high intensity interval training and yoga to challenge limits and experience new breakthroughs.
