3 Classes Guaranteed to Ignite a Body Transformation

If change is what you desire, then a challenge is what you need. If you want to transform that bod, then it’s time to turn up the heat. We have three popular classes that have proven to deliver the goods. Upping the ante with any of these will not only lead to a shredded physique, but you can also expect new vigor in mind and spirit. Move out of the way world, here you come.


Tru Signature Series

The heat gets turned up to 102 degrees in our hottest class. If you’ve taken a hot yoga class before, then you have an idea of what to expect (but we stress, just an idea). Upon cue, you’ll move seamlessly from one pose to another to a set program. It’s steamy. You’ll breathe heavy. Sweat will pour. And yes, we’re still talking about yoga. The important thing is you can expect a challenge whether you’re a novice or a seasoned practitioner. Expect the pace to be intense during this calorie burner. It may sound counter-intuitive, but the 75-minute version is suitable for the novice as the 60-minute version is not. The longer class allows you more time to modify and complete poses compared the shorter version where there will be no rest for the wicked. Be sure to bring an extra towel and water. Yoga never hurt so good.


Tru Hot Pilates

This sizzling class lends new meaning to the word hot. Set to 95 degrees, it’s Pilates class that will surprise you. Combining core-building Pilates Mat I & Mat II drills, high-intensity interval training and a pinch of yoga, Tru Hot Pilates is like a fusion reactor for what’s good for you.  The best of everything gets boiled down through the heat and sweat for one challenging experience. Your muscles will burn, but in the end, it will be worth every drop of perspiration. You’ll not only move better, but you’re sure as hell to look better on top of it


Tru Barefoot Bootcamp

Now you have the chance to not only look as hot as an athlete but move like one as well. Mobility, endurance, strength, resilience – we leave anything out? You get it all in Tru Barefoot Bootcamp through the combination of yoga, Pilates, kettlebells and other calisthenics performed in a 95-degree room as you move from drill to drill in a high-intensity interval training format. Yes, you will sweat, you will struggle and you’ll probably swear in vain throughout class, but we’re also pretty sure you won’t complain about your new tone, chiseled physique.
