A-Rod just shared his first workout of 2019 on Instagram. “The grind never stops. What are you going to make of 2019?” Alex captioned his video, which was shot to the music of his girlfriend J.Lo’s new song, “Limitless.”
A-Rod and J.Lo are also obsessed with the workout studio TruFusion, which offers a blend of hot yoga and bootcamp. Alex previously said that it’s the best workout he’s ever done in his life.’
