Joe Jonas’ side project DNCE reunited after a four-year hiatus to team up with Norwegian DJ Kygo for this aptly titled “Dancing Feet.” This vibrant, funk-fueled collaboration is guaranteed to help you rev up your heart rate as you dance along. This upbeat track is the perfect soundtrack for any cardio dance routine.
2. Transform into beast mode at Boxing
“Zatoichi” by Denzel Curry feat. slowthai
Denzel Curry teams up with British MC slothai for his newest single “Zatoichi”. This drum and bass-inspired track is named after a Japanese samurai movie character, who is the subject of the longest-running action series in modern Japanese media. The inspiration is clear as day in the climatic breakbeat chorus. Practice your reflexes and hit speed bag with this as your soundtrack.
3. Meditate and sink into the floor during Savasana
“The Boat I Row” by Tame Impala
Australian psychedelic rockers Tame Impala are in the midst of releasing B-Sides and Remixes of their 2020 album, The Slow Rush. The band recently revealed their latest unheard track, “The Boat I Row.” The pulsating, atmospheric track, will be easy company as you relax in Savasana after a fulfilling meditation session.
4. Peddle through the burn at Tru Ride Cycle Class
“Do It To It” by ACRAZE (Tiësto Remix)
Last Friday, Dutch EDM legend Tiësto released an intoxicating remix of ACRAZE’s global house hit “Do It To It.” Tiësto adds his signature production to his reimagination of the track, adding break beat innovation, EDC-sized drop sections, and a slap-house bassline. It’s the perfect track to make you sweat and keep you moving during an intense Tru Ride cycle class.
5. Slamming Battle Ropes to the ground
“Say it” by SASAMI
This industrial-inspired new single by indie rock musician SASAMI leads the listener into an abyss of jilted rage. The thumping beat, blown-out drums, and seething vocals add to the intensity. Turn on this apocalyptic track as you intensely slam your battle ropes to the ground.
6. Kicking up your high-energy Pilates session
“Age of Phase” by Bonobo
Bonobo is the brainchild of musician and producer Simon Green. The L.A-based DJ composed the majority of his new record between solo hikes and camping trips in the California wilderness. “Age of Phase” features fluttering strings and a catchy vocal sample cut up over a trip-hop rhythm.

“Birds” by BAMBARA
Last week, Brooklyn-based post-punk band Bambara channels rockabilly and 80’s darkwave in their latest EP Love On My Mind. While this isn’t the most traditional workout music, you’ll easily be able to get into the groove while you lift weights to their hypnotic guitar lick in their lead single, “Birds”.
9. Keep You Moving at Tru Barrebell
“Bbycakes” by Mura Masa feat. Lil Uzi Vert, PinkPantheress and Shygirl
In his newest single, Guernsey-born producer Mura Masa recruits Lil Uzi Vert, PinkPantheress, and Shygirl to create a cover version of 3 Of A Kind’s 2004 UK garage classic “Babycakes”. This new iteration’s sweet ice cream truck melody and hypnotizing chorus make it the perfect track to keep you moving at Tru Barrebell.
