With more of a focus on metrics and cardiovascular conditioning, this heart-pumping aerobic workout will take your skill level to new, measurable heights. Watch your hard work unfold before you as your teacher guides you through using the center console to track RPM, watts, heart rate and more. Crush some serious calories as you power through endurance, strength and speed drills and watch your metrics and endorphins skyrocket.
