It all begins at the core. Strengthen and tone your body’s power center in Tru Hot Pilates Core. This challenging sweat sesh delivers the same high energy workout of our classic Tru Hot Pilates class, with additional balance and stability challenges from the core pad. Students will sweat through a series of Mat Pilates, high intensity interval training and yoga to build mental and physical stamina that can take on any challenge.
