Welcome to your daily dose of sweat therapy. Tru Hot Pilates is a flow-based class in a high-temperature, high-energy environment. Students will sweat through a series of Mat Pilates, high-intensity interval training, and yoga to challenge limits and experience new breakthroughs. You will always leave feeling better than you came in.
