Tru Flow moves students fluidly from pose to pose by synchronizing breath with movement to form a mind-body connection. This active Vinyasa-style class lets each teacher lead with creativity. This practice expands on the foundations set by our Tru Signature Series and introduces students to simple arm balances and inversions to advance their practice.
