Down N Dirty Bootcamp
Ready for some DD action? Down N Dirty that is. It’s R-rated version of Tru Barefoot Bootcamp where not only will you test your mobility, endurance, and resilience through the combination of yoga, Pilates, kettlebells, and other movement drills in a heated room, but have some fun in the process with a little bump and grind while gyrating to heavy beats. This class is a bit rough around the edges, so be sure to bring your grown-up pants and a sense of humor.
Tru Barefoot Bootcamp
A true test of mobility, endurance, and resilience through the combination of yoga, pilates, kettlebells, and other movement drills in a heated room. Your athleticism will be challenged, but your fitness level will reach new heights. After a series of movements designed to improve your mobility and make you a more durable athlete, you’ll progress to more intense drills using kettlebells before finishing off the class with various forms of high-intensity interval training. Tru Barefoot Bootcamp is an efficient and effective way to build a mobile, strong, and powerful physique. Be ready to sweat. Be ready to struggle. But in the end, the rewards will be well worth it.
