    Battle ropes and boxing. The intensity couldn’t be turned up any higher. Combining the best of both conditioning classes with heavy bag work and battle ropes drills, BattleBoxing Express is a true test of your endurance. Come early to wrap those hands.

  • Boxing Conditioning

    Mix rock-chiseling boxing drills, including heavy bag and mitt work, along with HIIT, a little Pilates and yoga, and you have the blueprint for not only the heart of a champion but the physique of one as well.

  • Kettlebell Battle Ropes

    This class will combine the muscle strengthening power of our Tru Kettlebell class with the HIIT training style of the Battle Ropes class. The class is considered intermediate because both the exercises and class pace are fast.
