  • Ashtanga Led Primary Series

    A varied all levels, flow-based yoga class inspired by the TruFusion Series. This class includes some simple arm balances and inversions. This version is taught with some heat and humidity.

    Tru Power Flow is the most challenging of our yoga series. It’s a fusion of many of the more popular vinyasa styles today, even paralleling elements of Ashtanga. The set portion includes a demanding standing series and a stretching-based floor series, with arm balances, inversions, binds and further extensions of many postures. Sweat guaranteed.
